No Return After Sale

All purchases made at our showroom are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once the sale has been completed.

Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect the product, verify specifications, and clarify any queries with our team before completing the purchase. Our staff will be happy to assist you in making an informed decision.

Exchange for Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, customers must inform us within 48 hours of purchase along with the original invoice.

Upon verification, the watch will be serviced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Exchanges, if applicable, are subject to brand approval and product availability.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following are not eligible for exchange or support:

  • Damage due to mishandling, impact, or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear after purchase
  • Minor variations in appearance or finish
  • Requests made beyond the 48-hour reporting window
