At Sulthan Watches, we take immense pride in curating and delivering luxury timepieces of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, and while we ensure every product meets stringent quality standards, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. To provide a seamless and stress-free experience, we have designed a transparent and customer-friendly return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase, allowing our customers to return a product if it does not meet their expectations. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. All original packaging, including the watch box, warranty card, manuals, and any included accessories, must be returned intact. Additionally, all security tags and protective seals must remain unopened and unaltered to ensure the product has not been tampered with.

Watches that have been custom-ordered, engraved, or modified to meet specific customer preferences are non-returnable, as they are personalized and cannot be resold. We also do not accept returns for limited edition or special collection timepieces unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our customer service team with their order details and a valid reason for the return. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included in the return package. Watches must be securely packed in their original box and shipped using an insured and trackable courier service to prevent any loss or damage in transit. Sulthan Watches is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, so we strongly advise using a trusted courier service with proper insurance coverage.

Once the returned watch arrives at our facility, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control team. If the watch meets all return criteria, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. In case the return is declined due to non-compliance with our policy, the watch will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

For all approved returns, customers will receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping or processing fees. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Customers who prefer an exchange may choose an alternative timepiece from our collection, with price adjustments made accordingly. However, all exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Several categories of watches are non-returnable, including those that have been worn, resized, or adjusted after purchase. Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage due to mishandling will not be accepted. Additionally, timepieces purchased under promotional offers, final sales, or clearance discounts are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Watches

While we take great care to ensure all products meet strict quality standards, if you receive a defective or damaged watch, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or repair based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
